Engineer graduated from École Supérieure Nationale d'Arts et Métiers, Thierry has 20 years of experience in construction. After starting as a works engineer, he evolved towards sales and management of construction equipment dealership networks. In 2020, he founded Ultimat, bringing his diverse expertise to the African market.
Didier OKON
General Director
Graduate of ENSIA-SIARC (SUP-AGRO Montpellier), Didier has over 25 years of experience in customer portfolio development and profit center management. A specialist in West African markets, he contributed to the growth of the oil, construction, mining, and quarrying sectors. As Director of ULTIMAT's subsidiary, he puts his expertise to work for project success and customer satisfaction.
Jean-Brice KOUAME
Commercial Development Manager
With over 15 years of experience in construction, port handling, and industry, Jean-Brice has managed teams of up to 30 people. Within ULTIMAT's subsidiary, he is responsible for technical expertise in equipment and infrastructure projects. A graduate of Institut Polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny, he is trained in management and QHSE, strengthening his technical and operational management.
Marthe Julie COULIBALY
Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Marthe is an administrative and accounting assistant for the Ultimat CI subsidiary. With over 8 years of experience, she has developed skills in administrative management, accounting, and purchasing, acquired through her previous positions. Holding a Bachelor's degree and a license in logistics, she is an essential member of the Ultimat CI team.
Mélanie FERNANDEZ
Business Manager
Passionate about languages and with solid experience in tourism and abroad, Mélanie is responsible for export and administration at ULTIMAT. She oversees operations, optimizes the efficiency of administrative procedures, and leverages her linguistic and relationship skills to support the company's growth, ensuring smooth and responsive management of operational challenges.
Lohane LAMBERT
Communication & Marketing Manager
Graduate in communication specialized in e-commerce and certified in UI Design, Lohane designed ULTIMAT's graphic identity. As Communication and Marketing Manager, she created the logo, developed the website, and defined the visual guidelines, ensuring coherent and harmonious communication across all media, in line with the company's values.
Rahul SALHOTRA
Commercial Development Manager for East Africa
Holding an MBA in International Real Estate, Rahul has experience in business development and real estate project management in France and Canada. In charge of business development in East Africa as part of a V.I.E based in Tanzania, he supports ULTIMAT's expansion in the region by identifying opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.
